Overview of the Yi'an Yunxi Garden Project: The project base is located in Hengjiangxia Village, Changping Town, Dongguan City. The project covers an area of 21107.72 square meters, surrounded by greening land and residential land. The total construction area is 61,383.04 square meters (including basement of 18,579.17 square meters). There are 20 buildings on the ground, 2 high-rise residential buildings with 26 floors, and 18 low-rise buildings with 3 floors. Residential buildings, underground garages and equipment rooms are 1 underground floor and 2 floors in part. No. 18-19 is a high-rise residential building with 26 floors above ground, No. 1-17 is a low-rise residential building with 3 floors above ground, and No. 20 is a supporting public facility. It has 1 floor underground and 2 floors locally. The main functions are underground garages and equipment rooms. A civil air defense basement combining peacetime and warfare is designed underground for high-rise residential buildings. Our company is responsible for the installation and commissioning of fire-fighting facilities, design adjustment of engineering drawings, construction reporting and acceptance of fire-fighting projects in this project.
